Intellectual Property Rights and Use Guidelines
The Website and its original content, features and functionality (including look), are owned Salaam Community Association and are protected by International copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You agree to not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, any of our copyrighted material except to the extent permitted by the Website itself. This means that Salaam Community Association’s design, features and original copy are covered by copyright.
Where we source information from external sources for our content, we will endeavour to provide an attribution link to the original content / content owner. If you feel we have not applied an attribution link to any relevant content, please email [email protected].

In no event will Salaam Community Association, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; or (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services.
Salaam Community Association shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Responsibility of Contributors & Content Standards
If you post, submit, distribute, upload material to the Website, comment on an article, post links on the Website, or otherwise make material available by means of the Website (any such material, “User Content”), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that User Content.
